SELF-EMPLOYED SUPPORT WORKER / PA
KM Care & Support is looking for a reliable, caring and flexible self-employed Carer / Support Worker to join our growing team on a bank-shift basis.
This is ideal for someone who wants to pick up occasional shifts around their existing commitments, with no obligation to work set hours.
The role may include: Personal Assistant (PA) support Companionship Domestic support and cleaning Shopping and errands Supporting clients to access the community General practical support within clients’ homes
Bank / zero-hours basis. Shifts will be offered as and when required, depending on client needs and your availability.
Full driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
Self-employed position. You will be responsible for managing your own tax and National Insurance contributions and must be appropriately registered as self-employed.

Flexible and able to work independently Comfortable providing both care/support and domestic assistance
Experienced in care, PA or support work
A good sense of humour is also essential!
Current coverage: Swansea – SA2 and surrounding area
