Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible preparing high-quality fresh food dishes, whilst maintaining excellent food hygiene standards, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to a consistently high standard
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed (in line with UK standards)
- Monitor portion control and minimise waste
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Desirable:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent)
- Relevant catering qualifications
