As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a confident and personable Viewing Assistant to join our team.
The Role
As a Viewing Assistant, you will be responsible for accompanying prospective buyers on property viewings across the Forest of Dean and surrounding areas. You will act as a professional representative of Hattons Estate Agents, ensuring every viewing is informative, welcoming and conducted to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings on behalf of Hattons Estate Agents.
- Welcome and accompany prospective buyers around properties.
- Highlight key features and answer general questions about each home.
- Provide a professional, friendly and knowledgeable first impression of both the property and our company.
- Ensure properties are left secure after each viewing.
- Report buyer feedback promptly and accurately following appointments.
- Liaise with the office team throughout the day regarding appointments and any changes to the schedule.
- Represent the Hattons brand professionally at all times.

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail or estate agency experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
