Grounds Maintenance Operative
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role
Working as part of an established team, you’ll help deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services across a variety of sites. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
- Strimming and edging
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Weed control and spraying (where qualified)
- General landscape maintenance duties
- Interpreting and working from site plans
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship across all sites
- Communicating professionally with customers, residents and members of the public
- Following company health and safety policies and procedures at all times
- Caring for company vehicles, machinery and equipment
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience (preferred)
- Is confident interpreting site plans
- Works well as part of a team and can also use their own initiative
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Takes pride in producing work to a high standard
- Is reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Holds a valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
