Duties

Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a management role within a fast-paced or service-oriented environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams toward common goals
- Strong management capabilities including planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey expectations and provide constructive feedback
- Experience in developing team members’ skills through coaching and mentoring is preferred
- Knowledge of operational processes relevant to the industry is advantageous but not mandatory
