Wallwork Newcastle are looking for a full time Administrator, working 8am - 5pm (Monday-Friday). The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative support to management and staff
· Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments in a professional manner
· Maintain accurate filing systems, records and databases
· Monitor and maintain stock levels of consumables, liaising with suppliers to ensure processes can run efficiently
· Assist with the preparation of quotations and purchase orders
· Assist with onboarding paperwork and other HR administration tasks when required
Skills to include:
· Previous administrative or office support experience
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Competent in Microsoft Office applications
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
· Professional and customer focused approach
