Key responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with over-the-counter enquiries and providing helpful, professional advice
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Receiving, checking and organising stock deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented pharmacy environment
- Handling confidential patient information with care and discretion
- Supporting the wider pharmacy team with general administrative and dispensary tasks
What we're looking for:
- A warm, approachable manner and strong customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures carefully
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player who is reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is welcome, though not essential
- A relevant pharmacy qualification (such as NVQ Level 2) would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right candidate
