Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Engineering Install Manager to lead and oversee the installation of complex technical systems across various projects. This role is vital in ensuring that all engineering installations are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications. As a key leader in our team, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and ensure seamless communication between clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Your expertise will drive successful project completion while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering system installations, including Fire, Security, CCTV & Access.
- Supervise installation teams to ensure adherence to schematics, system design specifications, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed installation schedules and resource allocations.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality, troubleshoot issues on-site, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and construction standards.
- Review technical drawings, schematics, and system diagrams to guide installation processes effectively.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to communicate project progress, resolve issues promptly, and adapt plans as needed for timely completion.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of installation activities, including reports on progress, safety incidents, and quality assurance checks.
Skills
- Mechanical aptitude with experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction environments.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding system design layouts.
- Electrical experience related to wiring, power distribution, and electrical safety standards.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, intrusion detection systems and security infrastructure integration.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for system installation.
- Experience in managing projects leading teams

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
