A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified dental nurse with receptionist skills, to join our exceptional team.
Dutch Barton is an independent, fully private, and digital (CEREC) dental practice. We offer a full range of general and specialist dental treatments including implants, Sure Smile orthodontic treatment and Endodontics. Oral Surgery and Restorative Specialists on site.
The Role : Full Time - 35 hours per week - or shared part time. Permanent.
Pay : From £14.00 basic. Additional qualifications will be taken into account.
Our ideal Nursing candidate will:
- Be qualified and GDC registered .
- Possess excellent chairside, communication and patient service skills.
- Demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of decontamination and infection control policies.
- Demonstrate efficiency across all areas of SOE dental software -though training can be provided if necessary.
- Show a positive work attitude.
- Have an ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and enforce GDPR.
Also have Receptionist skills, including:
- To be able to greet patients in a courteous, professional and warm manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the diary efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails and enquiries promptly.
- Maintain patient records accurately - ensuring confidentiality.
- Process payments, cashing up and banking.
- Be proficient in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
