We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a Support Worker with us, you’ll be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of individuals.
Our supported living service in Clacton-on-Sea is a welcoming and friendly environment, where no two days are the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to the local community, socialising, and taking part in a variety of activities. One day you could be out enjoying local bars and pubs, the next unwinding with video games, films, or a trip to the cinema.

We’re looking for Support Workers who have both the right values and experience. For this service, candidates should:

Hold a full UK driving licence

Be resilient, flexible, and composed in their approach

Have experience following Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and reflective practice

Have experience supporting individuals with enhanced needs, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma
