The Role
The Event Business Development Manager is a commercial growth role at the heart of the business, responsible for identifying and winning new clients, leading pitches and building long-term relationships that drive revenue for a company with the technical capability to back every promise you make.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the corporate events and agency market

The Candidate
The right Event Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of winning new business and closing deals in AV hire, live event production or the experiential sector, with a solid grasp of the UK corporate events market and direct experience working with event agencies and corporate end-clients. You will be comfortable leading pitches, technically literate enough to talk AV with confidence, and genuinely motivated by building a pipeline from scratch.
Hands-on familiarity with LED walls, advanced projection or premium sound and lighting systems is beneficial but not essential, as is experience managing a CRM or formal sales pipeline tool. If your background spans adjacent commercial roles in the events or experiential world and you can demonstrate consistent new business wins as an Event Business Development Manager, we'd encourage you to apply.
Uncapped commission on every deal you close, direct access to high-spec in-house AV inventory that makes the pitch easier, and genuine career growth inside a well-established business with serious market credibility. This one is moving quickly, with interview slots going out now. Get your application in and let's talk.
