Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated self employed Electrician to join our team 1-2 days per week. The successful candidate will be a qualified experienced Electrician. The work will be very varied and will include installation work on our saunas and steam rooms as well as swimming pools and spas. the work will be both based at our manufacturing site in Beverley but also visiting sites nationally.
Duties
- wiring up of saunas and steam rooms
- on site installation works
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations and repairs
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections carried out
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, as well as power tools including drills and saws
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics confidently
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation or maintenance (e.g., City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UK driving licence is essential and your own Van/Car is Essential.
