- Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and offer expert advice on hair care and grooming options
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly communication and personalized service
- Manage your own appointments, scheduling, and client records efficiently
- Promote your services through word-of-mouth, social media, or local marketing efforts to attract new clients
- Stay updated on the latest barbering trends, techniques, and products to ensure high-quality service delivery
Experience
- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating diverse skills in hair styling and grooming
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Strong knowledge of barbering techniques, tools, and products
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Prior experience in building a loyal client base is preferred but not mandatory
