Senior Private Client Solicitor | Chester | £60,000–£75,000
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Private Client team in Chester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor looking to take on genuine leadership responsibility, while continuing to handle high-quality Private Client work and play an important role in the development of the wider team.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied and rewarding caseload covering:
- Wills & estate planning
- Probate & estate administration
- Trusts and tax
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection work
- Complex Private Client matters
Alongside your own caseload, you’ll be responsible for supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping manage performance and contributing to the continued development of the department.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years’ PQE / substantial Private Client experience
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts & Probate
- Particular strength in trusts, tax and estate planning
- Proven experience supervising or leading a team
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A collaborative and motivational leadership style
- The ability to manage a caseload independently while supporting others
