As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team.

The Role
You'll play a key role within our embroidery department, ensuring garments are produced accurately, efficiently and to the high standards our customers expect.
This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of quality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating commercial embroidery machines
- Setting up embroidery runs and loading garments
- Selecting and changing threads
- Monitoring production quality throughout each run
- Carrying out quality control checks before dispatch
- Reading job sheets and production instructions
- Managing workloads to ensure customer deadlines are met
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas organised
- Supporting continuous improvements within the production department
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
- Previous experience operating embroidery machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain quality standards across large production runs
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Tajima, Melco, Barudan or similar commercial embroidery equipment
- Experience within branded workwear, garment decoration or print production
- Knowledge of embroidery software and machine setup
- Experience managing multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously
