Tanglewood Care Homes is RECRUITING NOW for a Bank Chef to work at our Meadows Park Care Home, Louth.
The ideal candidate will understand the importance of the mealtime experience for our residents and ensure it is a positive and inclusive experience for every occasion. You will have up-to-date knowledge of food hygiene practices and be capable of running a busy kitchen with kitchen assistant(s) under your day-to-day supervision. Most importantly, you will be kind, caring and compassionate with a genuine passion for preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals for our residents.

- Excellent communicator and able to supervise others on a day-to-day basis
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
Essential:
- Ability to supervise kitchen assistant(s) while on duty
