The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role that blends bar work and table service. You’ll be a key part of creating memorable guest experiences across lunch, dinner, and weekend services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, professional welcome
- Taking orders and running food and drinks with pace and polish
- Serving from our bar including draught beer, cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Preparing cocktails to spec
- Upselling confidently
- Supporting service setup, side duties, and end-of-day cleaning
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest care
What You’ll Bring
- Previous bar or restaurant experience in a fast-paced setting (advantageous)
- Cocktail knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Confident, calm communication and people skills
- Smart appearance and a positive, proactive attitude
- Availability for evenings and weekends is essential
