Due to increasing demand, we are currently looking for a Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Barista / All-Rounder with experience in coffee preparation and fast-paced food service. The ideal candidate will be confident behind the coffee machine, able to multitask, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee (latte, cappuccino, flat white, iced drinks)
Operate coffee equipment including grinder, espresso machine, and milk steaming
Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service
Assist with food preparation (salads, wraps, sandwiches, juices, smoothies)
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all workstations
Follow strict food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Ensure smooth service during busy periods
Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed
Keep front-of-house and preparation areas clean and presentable
Work efficiently as part of a team to deliver excellent customer experience
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista, Café Assistant, or Hospitality Staff
Basic knowledge of coffee extraction and milk texturing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional appearance and good attention to detail
Friendly, reliable, and punctual
Good spoken English
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Skills
Specialty coffee experience
Latte art (basic to intermediate)
Experience in salad bar / healthy food preparation
Experience with takeaway and delivery service environments
Strong customer service skills
