Job Title: UFH Trade Counter Manager
Business Unit: The Underfloor Heating Store
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Reports to (Job Title): Head of Sales
Role Purpose:
The UFH Trade Counter Manager is a pivotal role, and will be responsible for the successful launch of our next physical location for "The Underfloor Heating Store". The ideal candidate for this role has a strong sales background as well as knowledge of the local construction market. Previous experience in a merchant role is preferred, as the manager will primarily be working out of a trade counter/branch location.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Achieve the Weybridge Trade Counter monthly sales and margin target
- Own and drive sales in the trade counter, capturing and acquiring a loyal customer base
- Build a business pipeline through engagement with local installers, local developers, TUFHS colleagues and contacts within the wider Highbourne Group
- Take ownership of the trade counter customer experience, effectively manage quotations using CRM tools, and interpret and explain data to confirm the value of the trade counter proposition
- Ensure the trade counter is maintained to high standards with good hygiene and cleanliness
- Where necessary, meet face to face with installers and developers in the local area to help win business and gain customer confidence
Essential:
- 3 years plumbing & heating experience
- 3 years internal/external sales experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
