We're looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join a successful and growing team, leading bids across a range of social housing contracts.
If you've got a strong background in managing winning bids within the social housing, planned maintenance or property services sector, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll take ownership of the full bid process, working closely with operational and commercial teams to produce high-quality, compelling submissions that stand out. You'll play a key role in securing new business while helping shape bid strategy and continuously improving the quality of tender responses.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the bid process from initial opportunity through to submission.
- Writing and reviewing clear, engaging, and compliant tender responses.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial information.
- Developing bid strategies and identifying key win themes.
- Ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintaining bid content, case studies, and supporting documentation.
- Supporting bid/no-bid decisions and reviewing tender outcomes to improve future submissions.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager within the social housing sector.
- Strong knowledge of public sector tendering and procurement.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple bids while working to tight deadlines.
- A highly organised approach with great attention to detail.
