Requirements
- Minimum 1 year recruitment or call centre experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and a friendly demeanour
Key Recruitment Responsibilities
- Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews as required
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and recruitment team
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience
