Michelle Denny Recruitment is working with a respected independent law firm in Diss to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, with a salary of up to £60,000pa DOE.
This opportunity has arisen as part of a planned succession, offering the chance to join an established Residential Property team and take over a well managed caseload within a supportive and professional environment.

The role:
- Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Dealing with transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property matters.
- Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals.
- Delivering an efficient, professional and client focused service throughout each transaction.
About you:
You'll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, whether qualified as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non qualified Conveyancer with a proven background in residential property.
You'll be confident managing your own caseload, enjoy building relationships with clients and be looking for a firm where quality of service is valued alongside technical ability.
