Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Invoicing Administrator Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities
- Manage / Support invoicing, billing, and other financial administrative tasks
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised at all times
- Provide general clerical support including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Maintain effective communication across departments to facilitate workflow efficiency
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and record management systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good verbal communication skills demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and email correspondence
