About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Care Assistants to provide rehabilitation-focused support for a 19-year-old gentleman with an acquired brain injury who lives at home with his father in Sherborne (DT9 postcode).

Shift Pattern
This package is delivered by a dedicated team with the following staffing levels:
- Day Shifts: 8:00am to 8:00pm (12-hour shifts) with 2:1
- Sleep-in Night Shifts: 8:00pm to 8:00am with one Sleep-in care assistant
We are recruiting for both day and sleep-in night positions, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Caring, patient, and reliable
- Passionate about making a positive difference
- Comfortable providing personal care and moving and handling support (full training provided)
- A confident driver with a full UK driving licence
- An excellent communicator
Due to the client's acquired brain injury and communication needs, applicants must have an excellent standard of spoken and written English to provide effective communication support.
Previous experience in support work, rehabilitation, acquired brain injury, or care is welcomed but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
