The role of Project Worker within the Co-operative department involves working with groups of adults on a range of activities, experiences and events designed to meet their needs and goals, enabling each person to fulfil their potential and live their best life.
A typical week might involve acting as a key worker to some members, providing care and support, and also planning and running activities that members want to do. Activity choices are vast including skills for independent living such as travel training, cooking, shopping and managing money; activities to support mental and physical health and wellbeing, and also an array of opportunities to connect with and contribute to the local community.
As well as the support of your managers, you will be part of a big team, sharing ideas, helping one another and all working together to ensure our members live their lives to the fullest, the way they want to.
