Bakery Supervisor / Head Baker – Bath
£36,700 - £40,250 equivalent salary | 45 hours per week | Night Shift (5pm–2am)
We're working with a well-established artisan bakery business in Bath that is looking to appoint both a Bakery Supervisor and a Head Baker as part of its continued growth.
These are hands-on leadership opportunities for experienced bakers who are passionate about producing high-quality artisan products and developing bakery teams.

What we're looking for:
- Strong bread production and dough handling experience
- Knowledge of shaping, fermentation and baking processes
- Experience leading, coaching or developing teams
- Passion for quality, consistency and continuous improvement
- Ability to work within a fast-paced production environment
What's on offer:
- £15.70 - £17.20 per hour depending on experience
- Equivalent salary of approximately £36,700 - £40,250
- 45-hour contract
- Any 5 days from 7 including weekends
- Night shift operation (5pm–2am)
