One Hatfield Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group, are seeking a dedicated MSK / Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our team in Hatfield. This permanent, full-time role is ideal for an entry-level / newly qualified graduate looking to make a significant impact in the medical and nursing industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services, focusing on musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, thereby enhancing patient recovery and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual patient needs.
- Utilise a variety of physiotherapy techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with organisational policies.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in assessing and managing a range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
