Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical projects, supervising a team of electricians, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and technical specifications. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation on a commercial site.
- Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Plan and schedule electrical tasks using 4P or similar project management tools.
- Manage the QA input on our clients software
- Monitor progress of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure clear communication regarding project requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of work activities, safety reports, and project updates.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising electrical teams within construction environments.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in 4P or comparable project scheduling software.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently.
