What we need in a nutshell
We’re looking for experienced cook who can join our busy Country Park. The right person will strive to deliver delight to our holiday guests & country park visitors. You will be working alongside a team to run a fast paced, efficient and successful food operation. The venue includes a 100 cover bar and restaurant with large additional alfresco dining facility.
Duties will include:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
