Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and cafe menu items with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
- Manage food preparation stations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
- Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
- Assist in meal assembly, plating, and presentation to create visually appealing dishes that excite our patrons.
- Support the team in serving food promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service during busy hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations, uphold high standards, and foster a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or cafe setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation processes, and food safety practices.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential.
- Familiarity with restaurant service procedures and the ability to serve guests efficiently and courteously.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work comfortably in a busy kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support collaborative kitchen operations.
