Whether you are qualified (Level 2/3) or unqualified with hands-on childcare experience, this role offers total control over your diary, paid accrued holiday, and a direct stepping stone into permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, high-quality care and EYFS-aligned education across various age groups.
- Assist room teams with daily activities, supervision, and maintaining ratios.
- Support essential care routines including feeding, nappy changing, and rest times.
- Uphold strict health, safety, and safeguarding standards at all times.
- Adapt quickly to different room dynamics, policies, and team environments.
Requirements
Essential:
- Hands-on experience working with young children (nursery, pre-school, or similar).
- Both qualified (Level 2/3) and unqualified practitioners welcome.
- Reliable, warm, and adaptable with a solid grasp of child development and safeguarding.
- Ability to travel to East Sheen.
- Enhanced DBS check, 2 references, and Right to Work checks required.
Desirable:
- Valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (training provided if needed).
