We currently have a position open for a part-time sales assistant who is highly motivated, customer oriented, and has a keen interest in jewellery and gemstones. We are looking for someone for a fixed 2 day per week rota (Tuesdays and Saturdays) with the ability to fill in for staff vacancies and illnesses throughout the year. The position is permananent and working on Saturdays is an essential key criteria.
We are an independent store located on the harbour in Padstow, Cornwall and we are looking for someone who can provide a high level of customer service, who is enthusiastic and passionate, wants to work in the jewellery industry and has the maturity to undertake key holder duties.
Our daily tasks include sales and customer service, store cleaning, and visual merchandising. Retail experience would be desirable. This is the sort of role for someone who likes to keep busy as there is always something to do.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales and cleaning.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products and services.
- Support in meeting targets and achieving sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge or interest in Jewellery & Crystals or related products is desirable.
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
