Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Stock Replenisher to join our team. This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient restocking of merchandise during overnight hours, maintaining organised shelves, and supporting store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Restock shelves and display areas during overnight shifts, ensuring products are presented attractively and accurately
- Organise stock in storage areas, maintaining a tidy and accessible stockroom
- Support store operations by managing stock levels, replenishing items promptly, and ensuring product availability for customers
- Maintain health and safety standards by adhering to store policies during restocking activities
Experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management capabilities to meet overnight deadlines
- Experience in merchandising techniques and store presentation standards is beneficial
This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently during night hours while maintaining high standards of organisation and efficiency. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting the overall success of the retail environment through meticulous stock replenishment and visual presentation.
