Are you passionate about quality, automation, and ensuring Salesforce solutions perform flawlessly for end users?
Do you thrive in a hands-on leadership role where you can shape testing practices, mentor others, and drive continuous improvement across complex Salesforce environments? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a Salesforce Test Manager / Lead Tester to join our team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions across a range of business transformation initiatives. You'll lead day-to-day testing activities, coordinate testing across multiple workstreams, and work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered with confidence.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on testing expertise with leadership responsibility, driving quality assurance activities across Salesforce platforms while helping to advance our test automation capabilities through Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). We can offer great career progression opportunities, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities.

- Producing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts across System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Smoke Testing.
- Validating Salesforce functionality, integrations, data migrations, security models, automation, and custom platform developments to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to improve regression coverage and support CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Managing defect lifecycle activities, including defect triage, prioritisation, resolution tracking, retesting, and deployment readiness assessments.
- Providing testing leadership, quality reporting, stakeholder updates, and support to business users throughout testing and release activities.
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience leading testing activities across Salesforce projects, releases, or transformation programmes.
- Experience testing Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and custom Salesforce applications.
- Expertise in test planning, test execution, defect management, quality assurance methodologies, and release validation.
- Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or comparable test automation tools and frameworks.
- Ability to lead testing activities independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and software testing best practices.
It would be great if you had:
- Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
- Experience supporting CI/CD and DevOps-based Salesforce delivery models.
- Experience mentoring testers and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within QA teams.
