Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service from the moment they step through the door
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and guest satisfaction
- Assist with food safety procedures, including proper handling, storage, and cleanliness standards
- Manage table settings, cleanliness, and readiness to ensure a welcoming dining environment
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a strong focus on guest services
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating welcoming atmospheres
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 45.0 per week
