This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and passionate Nursery Manager to play a key role in launching a brand-new nursery and shaping an exceptional early years environment from day one.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager
- Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
- Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Has a passion for child-led learning, wellbeing and holistic development
- Values the importance of nature, relationships and meaningful childhood experiences
- Is passionate about developing others and nurturing a positive team culture
- Is proactive, resilient and excited by the challenge of launching a new setting
- Has high aspirations for children, families and colleagues
- Brings energy, enthusiasm and a genuine love of early years education

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
