We’re hiring a Kitchen Manager for our food stall at Assembly George Square Gardens, running through the Edinburgh festival season. Responsibilities: - Keeping on top of HACCP procedures and documentation - Managing stock levels and ordering Ensuring an appropriate level of prepped food for every service - Quality control of dishes Working with the manager to maintain a high level of cleanliness at all times
Experience with shellfish and lobster preparation is a must.
Pay & hours: £15.75 p/h, 48 hours min per week. Mid-July start until 2nd September 2026.
Must be available for the full run. potential for earlier start date if necessary
