Recruitment Consultant - Manchester - £35k to £45k OTE
Location: Manchester City Centre (St Peter's Square)
Salary: £27,500 Basic + Uncapped Commission (10% to 20%)
Year 1 OTE: £35,000 - £45,000+

Location: St Peter's Square, Manchester City Centre
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday on site, working from our Manchester office four days per week. Friday working from home.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:45am - 4:30pm (Working From home)

As we continue to grow, we're looking for two ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester team.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment and sales.
Previous recruitment experience is not required. We are looking for individuals who have a background in sales, enjoy speaking with people, are commercially minded and want to develop a long-term career where earnings are directly linked to performance.
You'll receive hands-on training, support and mentorship from experienced recruiters while building your own network of candidates and clients.
Average first-year earnings are between £35,000 and £45,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
- Building relationships with professionals across engineering, technology and infrastructure sectors
- Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
- Writing job adverts and candidate marketing campaigns
- Supporting business development activities with prospective and existing clients
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
- Developing market knowledge within your specialist sector
- Working towards weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
What We're Looking For
We are happy to consider candidates with no recruitment experience.
What matters most is your attitude, ambition and sales ability.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a sales environment (B2B, B2C, telesales, retail sales, estate agency, automotive sales, hospitality sales or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone and via video calls
- A competitive mindset and desire to succeed
- High levels of resilience and self-motivation
- Strong organisational skills
- A professional and positive attitude
- The desire to build a long-term career with genuine earning potential
Salary & Benefits
- £27,500 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure paying 10%-20% of fees generated
