We are looking for a proactive and compassionate individual to join our Prevention Hub as an Early Intervention and Prevention Triage Worker. This is a key role at the frontline of our service, acting as the first point of contact individuals accessing support.
Your expertise will form part of a strengths-based triage service, identifying “what matters” to the individual and determining the most appropriate community or service support package.
We require a dynamic individual to take a key role in delivering this programme. If you believe in attention to detail, are passionate about delivering outcomes, have leadership skills and enjoy variety then this job is for you.
