We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Watford-based client that is expanding its community outreach and customer acquisition team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who are confident, motivated, and excited to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development.
No previous experience is required. Our client provides full training, ongoing coaching, and continuous support to help you develop both professionally and personally.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Assistant, you'll represent products, services, and promotional campaigns through face-to-face community outreach across Watford and the surrounding areas.
Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll be out engaging with customers, creating positive first impressions, building genuine relationships, and helping people understand the benefits of the products and services available. You'll learn how successful marketing campaigns generate customer interest, while developing the sales and communication skills needed to convert conversations into results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing marketing campaigns through community outreach activities
- Speaking with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Sharing product information, promotions, and campaign messages
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Assisting customers through registrations, applications, and sign-up processes
- Working towards individual and team sales objectives
- Learning sales, marketing, and customer acquisition techniques
- Attending regular coaching sessions, product training, and development workshops
- Contributing to business growth and brand awareness

Compensation & Benefits
- Total earnings range between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
