What You’ll Be Doing:
✨ Carrying out routine health & safety checks
✨ Making sure both centres are safe, clean and ready for public use
✨ Supporting hirers and helping their sessions run smoothly
✨ Spotting issues and reporting maintenance needs
✨ Recruiting and leading volunteers
✨ Applying for small funding opportunities to improve the centres
✨ Being a positive, welcoming presence for local residents and groups
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Friendly, practical and reliable
✔ Confident talking to the public and hirers
✔ Good attention to detail
✔ Basic understanding of H&S (training provided)
✔ Ability to write simple small‑grant applications
✔ Able to work independently across two sites (Kings Norton & Shard End)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,616.00 per year
