Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor
Hours: 18 hours per week
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Working days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
We are seeking a professional and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support the smooth running of our restaurant during busy weekend services.
The successful candidate will be confident leading service, maintaining high standards and ensuring guests receive attentive and professional hospitality. Strong experience in table service.
Working Hours
- Friday: 6:00pm–11:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00pm–11:00pm
- Sunday: 11:30am–5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the restaurant team during service
- Ensuring service is organised, efficient and professional
- Providing high-quality table service
- Serving wine confidently and correctly
- Supporting and guiding team members throughout each shift
- Responding professionally to guest requests and concerns
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and hospitality
- Ensuring all restaurant procedures and food safety requirements are followed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or front-of-house role
- Strong table-service experience
- Confidence and competence in serving wine
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
- A professional, reliable and positive approach
- Availability to work all stated weekend shifts
