The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially aware Human Resources Manager to join Premium Care Group with 10 care homes across the South East of England.
This role is ideal for someone already operating at this level who is ready to step further into a business-facing, highly visible position with genuine, fast progression ahead. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Operations Director and the Senior Leadership Team across the homes, while helping to shape the fast-paced, positive, high-performing culture.
The business is looking for someone who is confident, credible and hands-on. Someone who can build trust quickly, offer sound advice, and balance operational realities with best practice. This is not a role for someone wanting to sit behind the scenes. It requires presence, pace and strong relationship-building skills.

- Help maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism and consistency across the homes
- Contribute to the wider HR strategy while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operation

- Previous experience in a HR or similar senior HR Leadership role
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confident managing employee relations casework with a calm, balanced and commercially minded approach
- Comfortable working across multiple sites.
- Able to work at pace, prioritise effectively and remain solutions-focused
