Mansfield Superbowl are seeking to employ a full-time Team Member / Receptionist.
This is an exciting role that is heavily focused on providing excellent customer service to each and every one of our customers. Mainly, you will be working on the front of house desk, however, you will also be expected to work in the Kitchen and on the Bar. For this reason, you must be aged 18+ to apply for this position.
You must be fully available to work a variety of Mornings, Evenings (up until 11pm), Weekends, Bank Holidays and School Holidays. Please only apply if you are available for those type of shifts.
Main Responsibilities/Duties include:
- Meeting & Greeting customers into the centre.
- Working in the kitchen (cooking and prepping food)
- Work on the bar, serving a variety of drinks.
- Checking customers in and put them onto their lanes using our booking system.
- Cash handling.
- Answering telephone enquiries.
- General cleaning (glass collecting, cleaning tables, mopping spillages etc).
- Till work.
- Taking bookings and logging them correctly on the system.
- Taking telephone payments.
- Liaise with other departments
- Serving on the bar
- Cross-Training on all departments.
- Maintaining your department to a high standard.
We anticipate the contracted hours would be a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, however, an increase up to 35 hours can be made for the right candidate. It is also normal for you to work more than your contracted hours.
