About the Role
As our Contact Centre Executive, you will play a pivotal role in handling and converting customer enquiries via incoming and outgoing calls with the objective of arranging appointments efficiently and expediently. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of transforming lives with exceptional mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, converting enquiries into appointments
- Ensuring all customer data is accurate and relevant for the sales team
- Proactively following up on new and outstanding leads to maximise appointments
- Managing appointment reschedules efficiently
- Delivering a first-class customer experience by handling queries professionally
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Contract: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
Working Schedule Patterns: 30 hours per week of rotating shifts as follows:
- Part-time Shift (30 hours/week): Rotating shifts : 09:00am-15:00pm / 13:00pm-19:00pm - in the office
You will be required to work 2 weekend days/month as follows:
- Saturday - 09:30am to 16:30pm - in the office with half hour unpaid lunch break
- Sunday - 09:30am to 14:00pm - working from home without lunch break
Pay: £13.52 - £18/hour
Location: Droitwich
