Chef - Firepit & Smokebox, Bristol
At One Love Hospitality, we don't do microwaves, freezers full of beige food, or menus with 100 dishes.
We smoke meats for hours, build bold flavours, make everything fresh, and believe great food should be fun.
We're looking for chefs to join our teams at Firepit (Stokes Croft) and Smokebox (Totterdown).
Whether you're preparing brunch service, smoking brisket overnight, grilling pork belly, building platters, or creating specials, you'll be part of a kitchen that takes pride in doing things properly.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
- Working across brunch, lunch and evening service
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Contributing ideas, specials and menu development
- Working closely with a passionate, supportive team
What we're looking for:
- A genuine love of food and hospitality
- Energy, reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm when the tickets start flying
- Experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
