Built on the same trusted values, this new project is an exciting opportunity to shape something from the ground up.
The Role: Packer
As Packer, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is more than a traditional packing role, as a new and growing business, you'll also be involved in wider kitchen operations and supporting the team wherever needed.
We know not everyone can commit to a standard full day, so this role is flexible. Whether you need to work 10am-2pm to fit around school pick-up, you'd rather not work evenings, or you're looking for full time hours, we're happy to talk through what works for you. Part time and full time hours both available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately packing and labelling products to specification
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen
- Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and waste management
- Helping with general kitchen setup and breakdown
- Being flexible and hands-on as the business grows, taking on additional tasks where needed
What We're Looking For:
- A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Willingness to get involved and support the wider kitchen team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and accuracy
- Previous packing or kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, the right attitude matters most
