We are seeking a small crew for an interview shoot between two subjects for our corporate client in London.
It is a straightforward shoot, with the subjects seated in conversation in a quiet conference room/office lobby (tbd).
We will need three cameras capable of 4K at 24fps or similar: one main camera for both subjects and one dedicated camera for each subject. Lighting and audio gear and personnel will be required.
For audio, we ideally seek table mics, with directional lavaliers as the second option. A teleprompter is helpful but not required.
Ideally, the entire crew should be no more than three people.
We will also require a live video connection (via Zoom or similar) during the shoot for monitoring and communication.
We will handle post/editing via our agency, so the shoot requires just the day of work with file hand-off via Dropbox or a similar file transfer service.
We can provide examples of previous work done for the client to any interested parties so you can gauge what to expect for the shoot itself.
Dates and locations are still being firmed up, but currently, the proposed dates and times are as below (London-time):
- Wednesday, 8/19: 3PM onwards
- Thursday, 8/20: 3:30PM onwards
- Friday, 9/4: 12-3:30 PM
- Monday 9/7: 12-3PM
- Tuesday 9/8: 3:30PM onwards
Our agency is based in NYC and will want to video conference ahead of time to meet and game plan.
Our corporate client would like to produce more video interviews in the future, so this could be the beginning of an ongoing arrangement for the right team.
