* 8:00 am – 10:00 am
* OR 9:00 am – 11:00 am
We are recruiting 4–6 compassionate and reliable Healthcare Support Workers to join our team supporting an adult with complex health needs in Herne Bay.
This is a 2:1 care package, meaning you will always work alongside another member of staff.
Duties include:
* Personal care
* Supporting with a morning manual bowel evacuation programme
* Maintaining the client’s dignity, privacy and independence
* Accurate documentation and reporting
* Following individual care plans and clinical guidance
Requirements:
* Previous experience in health or social care is desirable but not essential.
* A caring, reliable and professional attitude.
* Good communication skills.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

Training Provided:
Full training and competency assessment in manual bowel evacuation and all aspects of the client’s care will be provided by our Registered Nurses. No previous experience in manual bowel evacuation is required.
