We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to lead a team in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at our Wrexham site. In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily operations—ensuring production is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while driving continuous improvement and developing your team. You will play a key role in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of high‑quality medicines to patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver strong performance and engagement
- Ensure production schedules are achieved on time and in full
- Maintain strict quality, compliance, and safety standards (cGMP & EHS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
- Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar role from the pharma industry, ideally from aseptic manufacturing
- Previous people management experience or a natural leader with the ability to lead successful teams
- Strong working knowledge of GMP requirements
